【YYCam Pro】OBS Setup Guide

YYCam Pro is a professional webcam enhancement software that offers real-time skin smoothing, skin tone correction, virtual background replacement, and more. It seamlessly integrates with OBS via a virtual camera, enabling you to achieve optimal live-streaming performance. This tutorial will guide you through the setup process to ensure smooth collaboration between YYCam Pro and OBS.

Vertical Screen Live Setup Method:

1. Setting Vertical Screen Resolution in OBS

In the OBS settings, configure the video resolution to a portrait aspect ratio (e.g., 1080×1920).

2.Add YYCam Pro Camera in OBS

Note: Close the YYCam Pro app before proceeding.

In the Scene Sources section, add a camera.Select YYCam Pro as the camera source.

Set the resolution to the portrait aspect ratio (1080×1920).The YYCam Pro feed will now automatically appear in OBS.

Horizontal Screen Live Setup Method:

1. Setting Horizontal Screen Resolution in OBS

In the OBS settings, configure the video resolution to a landscape aspect ratio (e.g., 1920×1080).

2. Add YYCam Pro Camera in OBS

Note: Close the YYCam Pro app before proceeding.

In the Scene Sources section, add a camera.Select YYCam Pro as the camera source.

Set the resolution to the landscape aspect ratio (1920×1080).The YYCam Pro feed will now automatically appear in OBS.

Key Tips:

• Ensure the YYCam Pro app is closed before adding it as a camera source in OBS.

• Use consistent resolution settings (portrait or landscape) across OBS and YYCam Pro.

• Adjust settings in OBS first, then restart YYCam Pro if needed.
